R499 - Psychological Health Outreach Program and Returning Warrior Workshop   2

Background
The solicitation is for a Psychological Health Outreach Program and Returning Warrior Workshop. The work involves providing support to service members and their families, including periodic health assessments, psychological health outreach programs, returning warrior workshops, and other related services. The contract will also require the contractor to meet specific staffing requirements and minimum qualifications for personnel.

Work Details
The work includes providing support to service members and their families through various programs such as the Psychological Health Outreach Program and Returning Warrior Workshop. The contractor will be responsible for periodic health assessments, protected health information, sailor assistance and intercept for life, traumatic brain injury support, video teleconferencing, and other related services. The contractor will also need to meet estimated staffing requirements of fifty-three full-time outreach support members across 30 sites in the Continental United States, along with two part-time on-call outreach support members. Additionally, the contractor must ensure that personnel meet minimum qualifications and have proficiency in various software tools such as MS Office, eBHS, DoD CMS, Qualtrics, and Adobe Acrobat.

Period of Performance
The base period of performance for this requirement is from 20 September 2024 through 19 June 2025. The contract will feature four one-year option periods consecutively following the base period.

Place of Performance
Approximately 60% of the work will be done in the contractor’s office by phone or teleconference. The remaining 40% of work will be onsite at Navy Reserve Centers (NRCs) and Marine Corps Reserve Training Centers (HTCs) located across the country during normal operating hours from 0700-1700 Monday through Friday.
