The Department of Veterans Affairs Strategic Acquisition Center (SAC) intends to negotiate a five year firm fixed price Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for Evidence-Based Clinical Practice Guidelines (EBCPG/CPG). Implementation of EBCPGs is one strategy the Veterans Health Administration (VHA) has embraced to improve care by reducing variation in practice and systematizing best practices. This requirement will be solicited on an unrestricted basis. The NAICS Code is 541990. The IDIQ contract will include facilitation to develop guidelines, updating published CPG, conversion of CPG, Focus Groups, and Website development.
