Cybersecurity Transformation Program (CTP)

Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Office of Information & Technology (OIT), Office of Information Security (OIS) delivers available, adaptable, secure, and cost-effective technology services to VA, transforming the Department into an innovative, 21st century organization. VA depends on Information Management/ Information Technology (IM/IT) systems to meet mission goals.
The VA's Cybersecurity Strategy Goals outline the approach to countering the cybersecurity threat and enhancing cybersecurity through partnerships and information sharing.

Work Details
The Contractor shall support the OIS Cybersecurity Innovation Program (CIP) as a managed service provider. This includes project management, cybersecurity strategic operations, program and service management, governance, research, risk and analytics, solution delivery, domain subject expert support, security control risk management, and compliance analytics project management support.

Period of Performance
The Period of Performance (PoP) shall be 12 months from the date of award, with four 12-month option periods. The overall Period of Performance shall not exceed 60 months.

Place of Performance
Tasks under this Contract/Task Order (TO) shall be performed at Contractor facilities, as well as the VA Central Office (VACO) Government facility for meetings and coordination as needed. The Contractor staff shall be available to coordinate with VA-OPS staff on normal Federal Government workdays and shall be responsive between the core hours of 8:00am and 5:00pm EST.
