This message is intended to provide all interested parties with an update on Notice ID 36C10B24R0001 - VA Enterprise Human Capital Management Modernization. BE ADVISED: The acquisition strategy for the VA Enterprise Human Capital Management Modernization has been revised. VA will be pursuing a split acquisition by separately procuring Human Capital Management Cloud based solution subscription licenses with associated maintenance and support. Then, in a separate solicitation, VA will procure a systems integrator of the Human Capital Management Cloud based solution subscription licenses with associated maintenance and support stated above. As such, Notice ID 36C10B24R0001 - VA Enterprise Human Capital Management Modernization has been canceled. The Human Capital Management Cloud based solution subscription licenses with associated maintenance and support stated above is currently posted on SAM.gov as Notice ID 36C10B25Q0084 - 7A21--RFI 36C10B25Q0084 | EHCM Modernization Subscriptions, Maintenance and Support. Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is hosting a Virtual Industry Day event for the VA Enterprise Human Capital Management Modernization on Tuesday, December 5, 2023. The purpose of this event is to provide additional information based on industry feedback from the most recent Request for Information (RFI) of June 2023. VA aims to modernize its Human Capital Management (HCM) capabilities to empower and enable a diverse, fully staffed, and highly skilled workforce that consistently delivers world-class services to Veterans and their families. The event will share VA's approach and seek additional industry feedback prior to solicitation.

Work Details
The Virtual Industry Day event will include presentations on architecture artifacts related to the modernization, as well as a draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) and associated attachments that will be provided at a later date. Participants are limited to three invites per company and are required to pre-register with their intent to participate by a specified date. The event agenda and other applicable documentation will be provided to each registered participant prior to the event. It is emphasized that this event is not mandatory to compete for this or subsequent requirements; it is being provided for informational and market research purposes.

Period of Performance
The Virtual Industry Day event for the VA Enterprise Human Capital Management Modernization is scheduled for Tuesday, December 5, 2023, from 01:00 PM through 4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time.
