Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is issuing this solicitation for a Reasonable Accommodation Program to support the San Francisco VA Health Care System (SFVAHCS). Work Details

The contractor must demonstrate experience in similar services, including a capability statement and evidence of technical training relevant to ergonomic assessments.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a five-year period from September 1, 2026, to August 31, 2031, including a base year and four option years.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be registered as a Small Business and meet the requirements set forth by the Small Business Administration (SBA). They should have personnel with relevant experience in ergonomic assessments and hold necessary certifications.

Bidders are required to provide past performance references from similar contracts within the last five years.
