Is there a specific pricing template/form you want us to use for the Attachment 3 SOW? No, there is no specific template for a response to the sample PWS. This quote is just for the 30% IGA review, correct, not all items as listed under the PWS (attachment 1)? Yes, the quote to be provided for that portion of the RFQ is for this sample PWS only, it is not associated with the overall PWS included in the solicitation. Also, the RFQ mentions ESPC projects at VISN 16 (Locations TBD) and Dayton (page 8 of 77), the Attachment 3 SOW is just a sample work scope, correct? These sites are not part of the Attachment 3 SOW, correct? Correct, those sites are not a part of the sample PWS. Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Program Contracting Activity – Central (PCAC) is issuing this Request for Quotation (RFQ) to solicit vendors for Project Facilitator services under an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract.

2. Assist in the management and support of multiple Energy Savings Performance Contracts (ESPCs) and Utility Energy Service Contracts (UESCs).

4. Facilitate communication between stakeholders involved in ESPC projects, including contractors, government representatives, and facility management.
5. Prepare necessary documentation and reports related to project progress, compliance, and performance metrics.
