Description

This procurement is being competed in accordance with FAR 13.5. NCO 4 is seeking a VISN-Wide Statement of Conditions (SOC)
Survey with emphasis on compliance with the National Fire Association's Life Safety Code (NFPA 101).

NCO 4 intends to award a 5-Year Indefinite Delivery (ID) Firm Fixed Price Contract from this solicitation. Prospective vendors shall
adhere to the instructions to offerors in Section E of this Solicitation.

Intended Effective Date: TBD
Intended Expiration Date: TBD not to exceed 60 months from Effective Date.

All questions pertaining to this solicitation shall be emailed to shea.matthews@va.gov no later than 7 days prior to liii d
solicitation close date. Service Contract Labor Standards Act (SCLS) applies in accordance with FAR 52.222-41.

Contractor shall comply with all applicable wage & hour laws and is responsible for the correct wage titles.
