Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Homeless Program Office has a requirement Technical Assistance & Strategic Planning Support. The services required of the Contractor shall support the purpose of this requirement, which is to make homeless Veterans, at-risk Veterans, and people who are likely to encounter Veterans who lack stable housing aware of VA's:

homeless prevention programs

rapid rehousing programs

transitional housing programs

justice outreach programs

case management

supportive employment programs

and other resources

The following services will be required:

Community Initiative Direct Coaching, Cohorts and HPO Support

VA Policy Review and Recommendations

Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) Support

VA Strategic Plan Implementation Support
