Air Academy Associates, LLC. will provide expert guidance and methodological support to deploy the Lean Management System (LMS) and provide Leadership Coaching and Strategic Initiative Support. Air Academy will not just be providing classes, but this process will include feedback and an induvial assessment of each student. This coaching, consulting and leadership process provides a new teaching mechanism designed by Air Academy, which meets the requirements for our employees. In accordance with VAAR 819.7007 and VAAR 819.7008, the contracting officer s determination to make a sole source award is a business decision wholly within the discretion of the contracting officer. Air Academy Associates, LLC has been determined to be a responsible source with respect to performance. Air Academy Associates, LLC is a verified Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business as confirmed on the Center for Veterans Enterprise Vendor Information Pages (VIP) database. Since the intent is to procure this on a sole source basis, no solicitation will be posted to FedBizOps (FBO).
