COVID-19 Pandemic Response and Scenario (Modeling) Planning   4

Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Program Contracting Activity Central (PCAC) is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to solicit proposals for a firm-fixed-price contract aimed at supporting COVID-19 Pandemic Response and Scenario Planning.

The goal of this contract is to enhance the VA's capabilities in managing pandemic scenarios effectively.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide services related to COVID-19 Pandemic Response and Scenario Planning, which includes the following tasks:
1. Contract Management - Technical Kick Off;
2. Contract Management - COR Meetings;
3. COVID-19 Thought Leadership - Integrated COVID-19 Modeling;
4. COVID-19 Thought Leadership - Scenario Planning;
5. COVID-19 Thought Leadership - Pandemic Strategic Planning;
6. Executive Support for Healthcare Operations Center and C20;
7. Optional Task - DOD/DHA Support Services;
8. Optional Task - Not-to-Exceed (NTE) Travel.

Each task includes all labor, materials, and other costs necessary for successful completion as detailed in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

Period of Performance
The contract period will begin on July 20, 2021, and end on July 19, 2022, with options for extension up to two years total.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the Department of Veterans Affairs, Program Contracting Activity Central located at 6150 Oak Tree Blvd, Suite 300, Independence OH 44131.
