Pre-solicitation Notice Clinical Decision Support (CDS) Services Solicitation Number: 36C77620R0015 The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Program Contracting Activity Central (PCAC) anticipates soliciting proposals and subsequently awarding a Multiple-Award, Firm-Fixed-Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract to Small Business (SB) concerns for the Clinical Informatics and Data Management Office (CIDMO) program. Please Note: this is being issued in connection with Request for Information (RFI) 36C77619Q0163. The scope of the procurement includes providing the Veterans Health Administration (VHA), CIDMO Program Office with subject matter expertise, policy guidance, and strategic recommendations regarding clinical decision support (CDS) standards implementation for the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Information Technology (IT) systems. The solicitation will be issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) conducted in accordance with FAR Part 15. The solicitation will be advertised as a Small Business (SB) set-aside. The NAICS code for this procurement is 541611 and the Small Business Administration Size Standard is $16.5 million. The solicitation will be issued for 28 calendar days. The ordering period for the IDIQ shall be for ten (10) years, and the effective period shall be for fifteen (15) years. This notice is not a request for competitive offers. The VA reserves the right to use only Federal Business Opportunities (FBO), via the internet, to provide notification of any amendments to this notice and the subsequent solicitation.
