Tribal Court Assessments IDIQ
Background
The Tribal Court Assessments IDIQ is issued by the Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) to support Indian Economic Enterprises (IEE) in assessing tribal courts. The goal is to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of tribal judicial systems.

Contractors are required to provide fully burdened firm fixed price labor rates for various personnel categories including Project Manager, Team Members, In-Service Attendees, and Administrative Support. The estimated total labor hours per assessment are 380 hours.
