Description

As noted in the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) posted January 26, 2017 as Attachment J - Final MOU, Career Technical Training Track (CTTT) will be administered by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) in Fiscal Year (FY)17 and by the Department of Labor (DOL) commencing in FY18 (see page 4 of MOU). On October 1, 2017, DOL will assume responsibility for administering CTTT (see page 15). However, an Inter-agency Agreement (IAA) has been signed for DOL to conduct and deliver CTTT during FY17, commencing April 1, 2017. Please note the terms of the IAA are susceptible to change and VA support may be required for CTTT by the VA contractor.
