Technical Support Services in support of NA-10.1   2

Background
The Office of Defense Programs’ Technology and Partnerships Office (NA-10.1) of the U.S. Department of Energy, National Nuclear Security Administration (DOE/NNSA) plans to contract for services to support its efforts to commercialize technologies developed at NNSA’s laboratories, plants, and sites. This effort is being pursued through a justification for other than full and open competition due to the unique capabilities of the selected contractor.

Work Details
The contractor, Hyperion Technologies, LLC, will provide technology commercialization services that include:

- Identifying technologies developed at NNSA’s facilities that are ready for commercialization;
- Connecting private-sector entrepreneurs with these technologies;
- Providing training and resources tailored to federal technology transfer;
- Implementing a cohort-based model for lean startups.

The goal is to strengthen the Nation’s economy and sustain its nuclear deterrent through effective technology transfer processes.

Period of Performance
The contract is estimated to begin on June 16, 2025, and end on June 15, 2026, with four additional one-year option periods.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at various locations associated with NNSA's laboratories, plants, and sites.
