Description

TECHNICAL AND ADMINISTRATIVE PROGRAM SUPPORT FOR THE WATER PERMITS DIVISION (WPD)
Background
The contract is issued by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to provide technical and administrative support for the Water Permits Division (WPD) in managing National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) programs, permits, and regulations.

Work Details
The contractor will provide technical support for amending, developing, and implementing NPDES programs, permits, and regulations. Tasks include furnishing necessary personnel, materials, equipment, services, and facilities to perform the Performance Work Statement included in Attachment 1. The contractor will adhere to a Quality Assurance plan and deliver reports such as plans, evaluations, studies, analyses, and manuals. The contract involves both Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) and Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) task orders.

Period of Performance
The contract has a period of performance from the effective award date through five years for the ordering period, with an additional 12 months for completion of task orders issued during this period.
