The Department of the Navy, Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, Pacific(SSC Pacific intends to issue solicitation No. N66001-09-R-0001, forEngineeringand Technical services on behalf of the Department of Defense (DoD) andother agencies. SSC-Pacific, Code 535 has a continuing requirement to provide Tactical DataLink (TDL) engineering and technical services in support the followingprograms of record: Airborne Tactical Data Systems (ATDS); Ballistic MissileDefense (BMD); Command and Control Processor (C2P); Common LinkIntegration Processing (CLIP); Dynamic Net Management (DNM); Joint TacticalRadio System (JTRS); Missile Defense System Exerciser (MDSE); TacticalSystems (Engineering, Integration, Test, Evaluation, Fleet) Support; ForeignMilitary Sales (FMS); and associated subsystems, network, process, andCapability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) support.Furthermore, this challenge requires Code 535 to have extensive partnershipswith the technology industry in order to maintain advances in technology andtraining. This solicitation seeks those resources. The NAICS code for thisprocurement is 541330. SSC Pacific intends to solicit and award a multiple award, indefinitedelivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ), Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee type contract, with a5-year period of performance.
