The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center (SPAWARSYSCEN) Atlantic,Charleston, SC, hereafter referred to as SSC Atlantic, intends to issue aRequest for Proposal (RFP) for services related to engineering, technical,logistics, sustainment, administrative, and other requirements on Command,Control, Computer, and Communication, Intelligence, Surveillance, andReconnaissance (C4ISR) projects. The planned services will support SSC Atlantic in efforts regarding C4ISR tasksthat include, but are not limited to, technical and systems engineering,analytical design, system/equipment repair, training support, surveys andcorrective action, and telephone and internet help desk support. A draftperformance based work statement is included as an attachment. The acquisition strategy is unrestricted. The Government intends to makemultiple awards of an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Cost Plus FixedFee type service contract, with the option to issue Cost-Plus Incentive Fee(CPIF) and Firm Fixed Price (FFP) task orders. The period of performance willbe a base year with four (4) one-year option periods and two one-year awardterms. The applicable NAICS code is 541330 with a size standard of $25million. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be available in March 2009 on theSPAWAR E-Commerce Website: https://e-commerce.sscno.nmci.navy.mil.THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. The solicitation will onlybe available electronically at this website.
