Special Notice - IEEs in Specific Industries

Background
Indian Affairs (IA) is conducting market research to identify Indian Economic Enterprises (IEEs) and Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEEs) capable of supporting potential procurement needs across several specialized industries.

This initiative aims to determine whether future acquisitions can be procured under the Buy Indian Act (25 U.S.C. 47). The goal is to maximize contracting opportunities for ISBEEs and IEEs, foster competition among these firms, and promote economic development within Indian Country. IA is particularly interested in firms operating in industries that are less commonly represented in Buy Indian procurements.

Work Details
IA requests capability statements from qualified IEEs and ISBEEs with experience in the following areas:

- Educational Support Services
- Trust, Fiduciary, and Custody Activities
- Engineering Services
- Food Service Contractors
- All Other Miscellaneous Food Manufacturing.

Vendors capable of supporting operations in remote or geographically challenging locations are strongly encouraged to highlight this capability. Submissions should include company name, confirmation of IEE/ISBEE status, relevant core competencies, demonstrated experience in the listed industries, geographic service coverage including ability to serve remote locations, and points of contact.

Bidder Requirements
Vendors must confirm their status as an Indian Economic Enterprise (IEE) or Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE).
