Description

Strategic Planning, Comprehensive Space Analysis and Design, Project Management Services
Background
The United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) 68HERC21R0171 for Strategic Planning, Comprehensive Space Analysis and Design, and Project Management Services. The RFP anticipates awarding up to 5 Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts. The contract is set aside for Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) eligible under the Women-Owned Small Business Program.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide strategic planning, comprehensive space analysis and design, and project management services in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement. The work will be ordered through the issuance of Task/Delivery Orders. Additionally, the contractor shall prepare and deliver reports, including plans, evaluations, studies, analyses, and manuals in accordance with Attachment 3.
