Background
The Environmental Protection Agency's Research Triangle Park (EPA-RTP) library is part of the EPA National Library Network, which supports the agency's mission by providing access to a wide range of environmental, scientific, management, and policy information. The library serves EPA researchers, managers, support staff, other EPA employees nationwide, and the public.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide comprehensive library support services at the EPA-RTP Library during normal government operating hours. Key tasks include reference/research support, interlibrary loan and document delivery, content acquisition and management, classification and cataloging, website and database support, marketing and outreach, library instruction programs, collection development and space management.

The contractor will also participate in EPA National Library Network projects and meetings. Optional quantities allow for supplemental support to external EPA offices.

Period of Performance
The contract includes a base period followed by four option years. Each year consists of 2080 hours for various levels of personnel with optional quantities approved in 260-hour increments based on project need.
