Amendment 0002 provides the answers to 78 questions as Attachment 4 Questions and Answers 001 through 078; and, extends the Response Due Date to 11/19/2020. Amendment 0001 extends the Response Due Date from 11/02/2020 by 15 days to 11/17/2020. This Solicitation Notice is to announce the U.S. Department of the Interior (DOI), U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) has a requirement for Science & Technology Support Services Contract (STSSC)- USGS National Geospatial Technical Operations Center (NGTOC) in accordance with the attached solicitation, a Request for Proposal (RFP). The policies contained in FAR Part 12, in conjunction with the policies and procedures for solicitation, evaluation and award prescribed in Part 15, as appropriate, shall be used for this acquisition. This solicitation is a 100% Set-aside for Small Business Administration 8(a) firms only. The associated NAICS code is 541990, All Other Professional, Scientific and Technical Services, with a small business size standard of $16.50 M. This solicitation will only be posted to Beta.SAM.gov Contracting Opportunities; thus, it will not be posted to FedConnect.net. Questions received after 10/14/2020 1700 ET will be considered late and may not receive a response.
