Request for Proposal for Program Information Colle   2

Background
The purpose of this amendment to the Request for Proposal for Program Information Collection System and Support Services (PICSSS) is to add question and answers, revise L-C SOW Task Order 1, Attachment 1, Attachment 2, C.3., M.2. Criterion 2, M.3. (b), M.3. (d), M.4., and extend L.2. (c)(2) proposal deadline from January 18, 2023, to January 25, 2023 at 12:00pm MST.

Work Details
The contractor shall furnish services set forth in the Contract and any Task Order as furnished by the CO and otherwise do all things necessary for or incidental to the performance of TOs issued under this contract to accomplish the objectives and requirements of Section C, Description and Specifications/Statements of and/or requirements.

The work under this contract will be acquired by issuance of Task Orders (TOs) and authorized by the CO as detailed in Section H, Ordering Procedures.

DOE-NE’s needs vary significantly; however, it is anticipated that DOE-NE will issue in the range of 15 to 20 task orders on a yearly basis with an overall ceiling of the contract estimated not to exceed $49,000,000.

Period of Performance
Period of Performance: 09/13/2023 to 09/12/2028

Place of Performance
The primary work location of the Contractor personnel supporting this SOW will be in space provided by the Contractor. Accessibility to DOE Headquarters and DOE-ID is desirable.
