Request for Proposal for Environmental Services Assistance Team (ESAT) for Regi   2

Background
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Environmental Services Assistance Team (ESAT) to support Regions 1, 2, 3, 8, 9, and 10. The goal of this contract is to provide necessary environmental services that align with the EPA's mission to protect human health and the environment. This RFP aims to establish a contractor capable of delivering comprehensive environmental assistance across multiple regions.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing personnel, materials, equipment, services, and facilities necessary to perform the Statement of Work (SOW) outlined in Attachment 1 and its regional addendums. Key tasks include:
- Conducting environmental assessments and remediation activities.
- Providing technical support for environmental projects.
- Managing field operations and ensuring compliance with environmental regulations.
- Developing and implementing quality assurance plans.
- Preparing reports and documentation as required by the EPA.
- Responding to task orders issued by the EPA based on specific needs in each region. The contractor must also adhere to all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding environmental protection.

Period of Performance
The estimated period of performance for this contract is from February 1, 2026, to January 31, 2027, with options for four additional years extending through January 31, 2031.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed across various locations within Regions 1, 2, 3, 8, 9, and 10 as specified in individual task orders.
