Real Estate and Real Property Support Services

Require the contractor to provide comprehensive advisory, assistance, and administrative support to the Army National Guard Installations Division (ARNG-IER) across all 54 states and territories. This includes managing real property inventory using systems like PRIDE, HQIIS, RPLANS, ISR, and ASIP; ensuring data accuracy, quality control, and compliance with Army and DoD policies; supporting real estate transactions and lease management in accordance with federal laws and ARNG regulations; providing training on real property and real estate topics; assisting with financial reporting and audit readiness; maintaining knowledge management and leasing budget processes; and facilitating coordination with various Army and DoD entities. The contractor must operate with minimal supervision, possess thorough knowledge of relevant regulations and software, and deliver services that ensure continuous improvement, regulatory compliance, and effective resource accountability.
