Background
The RADx Award Management contract is issued by the National Institutes of Health (NIH) as part of its mission to support rapid development and deployment of COVID-19 testing technologies. Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary services, qualified personnel, materials, equipment, and facilities required to perform the Statement of Work. Key tasks include:

1. Submission of Technical Progress Reports electronically, compliant with Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act. Reports must detail activities undertaken during the reporting period and planned activities for future periods.

2. Annual Technical Progress Reports for Clinical Research Study Populations, including data on the inclusion of women and minority groups in studies.

3. Compliance with packaging, marking, and shipping requirements for deliverables as per government specifications.

4. Inspection and acceptance of materials and services by NIH representatives at designated locations.

5. Submission of data relevant to Human Subjects and Clinical Trial Information into the NIH Electronic Research Administration (eRA) system within specified timelines.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed from August 18, 2026 through August 17, 2031.

Place of Performance
The primary location for performance will be at the National Institutes of Health, 6705 Rockledge Drive, Bethesda, MD 20892-7902.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must demonstrate experience in managing federal contracts involving clinical research studies and compliance with NIH guidelines. Key personnel must have relevant qualifications and experience in clinical research management. A Small Business Subcontracting Plan is required from non-small business offerors.
