RADx Award Management

Background
The National Institutes of Health (NIH)/ National Institute of Biomedical Imaging and Bioengineering (NIBIB) is seeking to establish a single award Indefinite Delivery Indefinity Quantity (IDIQ) contract to provide services outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW). The contract is issued as a request for proposal (RFP) under the procedures of Part 12 and Part 15. The contract aims to support the Rapid Acceleration of Diagnostics (RADx-Tech) initiative, which was created in response to the COVID-19 pandemic to increase the speed of development, commercialization, and implementation of technologies for COVID-19 testing.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide services to support various NIH translational activities by awarding subcontracts or agreements for commercialization projects and challenges utilizing the RADx Innovation Funnel. The services include project management, subcontracting, financial management, and infrastructure for funding milestone-driven commercialization efforts across various biomedical areas. The resulting contract will be an Indefinite Quantity contract with a maximum value of $100,000,000.00. Task Orders will be issued based on the work described in the Statement of Work (SOW). The proposal submission requires a technical and business proposal for Task Order 001, with specific formatting requirements and submission instructions.

Period of Performance
The period of performance of the resulting contract shall be from May 31, 2023 through May 30, 2026.
