Radio Removal/Install for Cheyenne River Agency

Background
The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA), Great Plains Regional Office intends to award a firm-fixed price commercial item/service purchase order in response to this Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Radio Removal and Installation Services for the Bureau of Indian Affairs, Cheyenne River Agency in Eagle Butte, SD. This is a Buy-Indian Set-Aside. The solicitation is a 100% set-aside for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises under the Buy Indian Act (25 USC 47). The procurement is being conducted under procedures pursuant to the authority of Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Acquisition of Commercial Items.

Work Details
The purpose of the contract is to provide Radio Removal and Installation Services for the Bureau of Indian Affairs, Cheyenne River Agency in Eagle Butte, South Dakota. The vendor shall provide services as per the attached Statement of Work. The pricing schedule must be all-inclusive and should include travel, lodging, per diem, fringe benefits, federal, state, local and tribal taxes, plus all other costs pertinent to the performance of this purchase order.

The preferred period of performance for completion is 45 days from the date of award. The Contractor shall comply with the DOI clause entitled 'Electronic Invoicing and Payment Requirements – Invoice Processing Platform (IPP) (April 2013)' located in the Provisions and Clauses section of this solicitation.
