Background
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), specifically Region 7, is issuing this solicitation for the Superfund Technical Assessment & Response Team (START VI).

Work Details
The contractor shall provide necessary personnel, materials, equipment, services, and facilities to perform the services outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW).

1. Conducting technical assessments at Superfund sites.
2. Providing support for emergency response activities related to hazardous waste incidents.
3. Preparing reports including plans, evaluations, studies, analyses, and manuals as required by the EPA.
4. Submitting monthly technical and financial progress reports detailing project status and expenditures.
5. Ensuring compliance with higher-level quality standards as specified in the contract.
6. Adhering to specific invoicing instructions for oil removal activities under the Clean Water Act.

Period of Performance

Work will primarily be performed at various Superfund sites within Region 7, which includes areas in Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, and Iowa.
