This solicitation is for the acquisition of Project Management Service Office Support for the Financial Management Directorate Management Office. It is anticipated that this solicitation will result in the award of multiple contracts. A portion of this requirement will be competed as an unrestricted competition with the potential for making approximately 2 - 4 awards. Another portion of this requirement will be competed as a small business set-aside potentially resulting in 2 - 4 awards with a preference to Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE).

Background
This solicitation is for the acquisition of Project Management Service Office Support for the Financial Management Directorate Management Office. It is anticipated that this solicitation will result in the award of multiple contracts. A portion of this requirement will be competed as an unrestricted competition with the potential for making approximately 2 - 4 awards. Another portion of this requirement will be competed as a small business set-aside potentially resulting in 2 - 4 awards with a preference to Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE).

Work Details
The Performance Work Statement (PWS) for this contract is provided as Attachment A. The Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) applicable for this contract is provided as Attachment C.

The fixed labor rates and material costs for the base period and each of the option periods of this contract are identified in Attachment B, Contract Price Excel Spreadsheet. The minimum guarantee for this contract is $10,000.00. This is a multiple award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract.

Orders issued under this contract may be time and materials, labor hour, or firm-fixed price.

Period of Performance
Period of Performance: 11/30/2023 to 11/29/2024 for Base Period, with additional Option Periods extending to 11/29/2028.
