Description

Technical Support to Protect and Secure the Nation's Drinking Water and Wastewater Infrastructure
Background
The contract is for technical support to protect and secure the nation’s drinking water and wastewater infrastructure. The services are non-personal and do not create an employer-employee relationship. The contract does not entitle the contractor to employee benefits such as Federal income tax withholdings, Federal Insurance Contributions Act, unemployment compensation benefits, or workman's compensation benefits.

Work Details
The Contractor shall furnish the necessary personnel, material, equipment, services, and facilities to perform the Performance Work Statement included in Attachment 1. Work will be ordered against the subject Performance Work Statement through issuance of task orders. The Contractor shall provide up to TBD at Task Order level direct labor hours for the base period. The estimated cost of this contract is TBD as Task Order Level. The ordering period of this contract shall be from the effective date of contract award through five (5) years following the effective date of contract award.
