Background
The Peace Corps is seeking to enhance its recruitment efforts by establishing contracts with universities and institutions of higher education for campus recruitment services. The goal is to strengthen national recruitment coverage and improve the agency's ability to meet its recruitment priorities, goals, and objectives.

This procurement is open to U.S. higher education institutions that meet specific eligibility criteria, including having at least 20,000 undergraduate students or having previously been awarded a Strat contract with the Peace Corps.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for establishing a Peace Corps Campus Recruiting space on campus, which includes providing physical office space with Peace Corps branded signage, access to university resources, and hiring a part-time Campus Recruiter who must be a Returned Peace Corps Volunteer (RPCV).

The Campus Recruiter will conduct various recruitment activities including:
- Conducting 40 unique recruitment events aligned with Peace Corps service sectors;
- Maintaining public office hours for at least 72 hours per year;
- Generating a minimum of 200 new leads annually;
- Producing applications from new schools while increasing application rates from returning schools by 15% year over year.

Monthly progress reports must be submitted to the designated Peace Corps representative, along with mid-year and final reports detailing recruitment outcomes.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over one base year from August 1, 2026, to July 31, 2027, with options for up to four additional one-year periods.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed in the United States or U.S. Territories and Outlying Areas.
