Background
The solicitation is issued by the Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) for the Division of Energy and Mineral Development (DEMD) Technical Support Services. The contract is set aside for Indian-owned Economic Enterprises (ISEEs), including Indian-owned Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEEs). The contract type is a single award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with individual Task Orders awarded on a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Labor Hour (LH), or hybrid FFP/LH basis. The IDIQ contracts will consist of a base period effective from the date of contract award through twelve months thereafter and four one-year option periods which may be exercised unilaterally. The guaranteed minimum for the entire period of performance is $100,000.00, and the contract ceiling is $46,000,000.00.

Work Details
The Statement of Work (SOW) includes technical support services for BIA DEMD, pricing schedule, labor rates, productive direct labor-hours, travel requirements, non-personal services, and other special contract requirements.
The SOW also specifies that Task Orders shall not include language contradictory to that of the master IDIQ Contract.

Period of Performance
The base period of performance is from the date of contract award through twelve months thereafter, with four one-year option periods which may be exercised unilaterally.

Place of Performance
The place of performance will be specified in each individual Task Order issued against the master IDIQ Contract.
