National Heart, Lung, & Blood Institute (NHLBI) Trans-Omics for Precision Medic   2

Background
The National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute (NHLBI) is seeking a contractor to provide administrative support for the Trans-Omics for Precision Medicine (TOPMed) program. The goal of this contract is to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the TOPMed program by ensuring proper management, communication, and coordination among various stakeholders involved in the research community.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for program administration, coordination, and communication. Key tasks include:

1. Providing project management support to TOPMed governance and committee structure;
2. Managing interactions with the Biologic Data Coordinating Center (BDC) and NHLBI Artificial Intelligence (AI);
3. Tracking data production and reporting;
4. Coordinating data access and publication for TOPMed investigators;
5. Hosting and maintaining the TOPMed website.

The contractor must provide a Program Manager to oversee performance objectives, deliverables, quality control, and compliance with contract requirements. Responsibilities also include conducting weekly meetings with NHLBI representatives, facilitating communications among stakeholders, organizing training webinars, providing logistical support for an annual hybrid meeting, collecting progress information from various sources related to TOPMed data production, and responding to inquiries from stakeholders efficiently.
