MVP Print Scan Mail Contract

The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Boston Healthcare System intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Ipsos Public Affairs, pursuant to FAR 6.302-1; for the purchase of continued support and resources to design and develop survey booklets, letters and other printed materials, mail such materials, track responses and returned mailings, and facilitate primary data collection for the Million Veteran Program. The VA currently has a contract for these services with Ipsos and this contract will be to continue these services in support of the Million Veteran Program. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any responsible source who believes it is capable of meeting the requirement may submit a capability statement to the contracting office no later than Tuesday, October 22, 2019 4:00, EST. Interest/capability statements may be sent to Elaine DiBucci at elaine.dibucci@va.gov. No telephone responses will be accepted. A determination not to compete the proposed requirement based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government
