COMBINED SYNOPSIS SOLICITATION (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Medical Courier Services for James A. Haley Veterans Hospital, as prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. A firm-fixed price purchase order is anticipated. (ii) The solicitation number is 36C24819Q1506 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). Quoters without available relevant past performance history will not be evaluated favorably or unfavorably. (c) The total duration of this contract, including the exercise of any options under this clause, shall not exceed 5 years. (xiii) There are no additional contract requirements, terms or conditions.
