Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center (SPAWARSYSCEN) Atlantic has a requirement to standardize Management and Business Analytical Services (MBAS) to support SPAWARSYSCEN Atlantic's Business Intelligence Enterprise (BIE). The proposed procurement will standardize the BIE processes across the Command and will allow improved Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Combat Systems, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) services capability in supporting customer and Command objectives. The services will require access to sensitive business information that includes planned budget information and historical data related to contractual actions that are essential to providing support services in project planning and execution. The BIE contains a cycle of closely related tasks that support C5ISR product delivery. Taskings on this contract will improve standardization in performing project management, advanced analysis of business and financial data, building and maintaining data universes, metrics, reports, assessments, data collection, document preparation, financial reviews, and studies and surveys within SPAWARSYSCEN Atlantic. This information is used to provide predictive analysis, to forecast and to develop reports which support roughly 900 major projects within SPAWARSYSCEN Atlantic and more than 10,000 C5ISR deliverables to the fleet and field components yearly. This is a formal solicitation notice, for a 100% Small Business Set Aside. All information Is to be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government.
