Health & Human Services (HHS) Administration Community Living (ACL) Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ)
Background
The Health & Human Services (HHS) Administration for Community Living (ACL) is issuing an Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The contract is a commercial multiple award IDIQ contract with a total ceiling of $75 million. The IDIQ will be awarded to small businesses under Functional Areas (FA) 3 and 6, while other FAs will be open to full and open competition.

Work Details
The contract includes six functional areas: Feasibility, Pilot, Evaluation, Policy Analysis and Program Related Projects; Data Analysis and Statistical Projects; Communications Projects; Technical Assistance and Training Projects; Logistical Support Projects; and Other General Services.
The period of performance for the IDIQ contract is from 08/01/2023 to 07/31/2028. The ordering period for Task Orders (TOs) will be from September 1, 2023, to August 31, 2028.
The place of performance will be identified in each Task Order Request for Proposal (TORFP), with most work anticipated to be performed at the contractor site(s).
