Geospatial Support Services for OTS - DRIS   2

Background
The Geospatial Support Services for OTS - DRIS contract is issued by the Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA), which is part of the Department of the Interior. The mission of the BIA is to enhance the quality of life, promote economic opportunity, and carry out the responsibility of the United States to protect and improve the trust assets of American Indians, Indian tribes, and Alaska Natives.

The goal of this contract is to provide professional geospatial support services that will assist in fulfilling these objectives.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing various geospatial support services including but not limited to:
- Labor for geospatial analysis and data management.
- Travel expenses related to providing support at government sites or other specified locations.
- Development and maintenance of GIS dashboards/applications using ESRI software suite.
- Programming, model building, and utilizing AI technologies to support GIS systems.
- Support for spatial and non-spatial databases including SQLServer and Microsoft Access.
- Ensuring compliance with federal travel regulations for any travel required under this contract.

Period of Performance
The contract period spans from January 15, 2026, to January 14, 2031, with multiple option years available for extension.

Place of Performance
Services will primarily be performed at OTS, BOGS located at 13922 Denver West Parkway, Building 54, Suite 300, Lakewood, CO 80401. The contractor may also telework as permitted.
