DRAFT RFP-Technical Support Services Contract

Background
The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) is issuing a Draft Request for Proposal (RFP) for Technical Support Services. The mission of the USGS is to provide reliable scientific information to describe and understand the Earth, its natural resources, and the environment.

The goal of this contract is to secure technical support services that will assist in fulfilling the agency's objectives.

Work Details
The contract includes multiple task orders across five program years with varying cost structures:

1. Program Year One:
- Cost Plus Fixed Fee Task Order with a ceiling of $60,000,000.
- Firm Fixed Price Task Order with a ceiling of $10,000,000.

2. Program Year Two:
- Cost Plus Fixed Fee Task Order with a ceiling of $60,000,000.
- Firm Fixed Price Task Order with a ceiling of $10,000,000.

3. Program Year Three:
- Cost Plus Fixed Fee Task Order with a ceiling of $60,000,000.
- Firm Fixed Price Task Order with a ceiling of $10,000,000.

4. Program Year Four:
- Cost Plus Fixed Fee Task Order with a ceiling of $60,000,000.
- Firm Fixed Price Task Order with a ceiling of $10,000,000.

5. Program Year Five:
- Cost Plus Fixed Fee Task Order with a ceiling of $60,000,000.
- Firm Fixed Price Task Order with a ceiling of $10,000,000.

Period of Performance
The overall period of performance spans from December 2, 2025 to December 1, 2030 across multiple task orders within this timeframe.

The contract will be performed at the USGS EROS Data Center located at 47914 252nd Street, Sioux Falls SD 57198.
