Construction, Replace Roof at Ochopee Ranger Station in Big Cypress National Park

Background
The Department of the Interior-National Park Service (NPS), Interior Region 2, South Atlantic Gulf intends to issue a Request for Proposals (RFP) to award a firm fixed price construction contract. It is the intent of this contract to provide professional, proficient and effective service in the replacement of the roof with shingles at the Ochopee Ranger Station within Big Cypress National Preserve (BICY) in Ochopee, FL. The work includes providing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supplies, transportation and supervision as per the Statement of Work and Drawings that will conform part of the solicitation. This requirement is being prepared under Construction Contracts, and will be solicited as 100% Small Business Set-Aside.

Work Details
The work to be completed under this contract involves the replacement of the roof with shingles at the Ochopee Ranger Station within Big Cypress National Preserve (BICY) in Ochopee, FL.
