Confirmatory Assays and Safety Pharmacology:
The purpose of this amendment is to Change a Formula in the Attachment 3 Pricing Sheet of the solicitation, as well as the instruction for the attachment 4 Pricing Sheet.
All other Terms and Conditions of this Solicitation remain unchanged.

Background
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is seeking confirmatory assays and safety pharmacology services for the Office of Research and Development/Center for Computational Toxicology and Exposure. The contract aims to support planning, procurement, and performance of confirmatory assays and safety pharmacology.

Work Details
The work includes performing confirmatory assays and safety pharmacology services as per the Performance Work Statement (PWS) for the contract period. The contractor is required to adhere to the IRM policies, standards, and procedures set forth on the Office of Environmental Information policy website. Additionally, the contractor must comply with Section 508 requirements for accessibility and incorporate its Quality Assurance (QA) plan into the contract.

The contractor shall also comply with higher-level quality standards, provide pre-award documentation, and implement all quality documentation approved by the Government.

Period of Performance
The contract period extends from the date of award through June 30, 2026.

Place of Performance
The contract work will be performed at locations designated by the EPA.
