Clean Air Status and Trends Network (CASTNET)   4

Background
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is seeking sources to provide support for the Clean Air Status and Trends Network (CASTNET), which aims to monitor and assess air quality trends across the United States.

Work Details
The contractor shall furnish necessary personnel, material, equipment, services, and facilities to perform tasks outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW). This includes operating 63 EPA-sponsored sites, managing data, coordinating network activities for 25 NPS-sponsored sites and 5 BLM-WSO sites, maintaining and repairing instruments, shelters, and data acquisition systems.

The contractor will also prepare and deliver reports including plans, evaluations, studies, analyses, and manuals as specified in Attachment 4 – Reporting Requirements. Task orders will be issued using a performance work statement when appropriate.

Period of Performance
Base Year: July 9, 2021 - July 8, 2022; Option Year 1: July 9, 2022 - July 8, 2023; Option Year 2: July 9, 2023 - July 8, 2024; Option Year 3: July 9, 2024 - July 8, 2025; Option Year 4: July 9, 2025 - July 8, 2026.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at various locations across the United States where CASTNET sites are situated.
