Background
The United States Reclamation is a water management agency with 600 dams in the 17 western states. Reclamation is best known for construction of dams, power plants, and canals. Reclamation is the largest wholesaler of water in the country and second largest producer of hydroelectric power in the western US. Reclamation anticipates a significant increase in construction activities during the contract period of this procurement.
Reclamation design and construction offices routinely provide construction support services that make up the scope of this PWS.

Work Details
The objective of this contract is to acquire contractor services to perform construction support services for all Reclamation’s regions. The contract requires the Contractor to furnish labor, supervision, transportation for material testing services at specified sites.
The Contractor shall establish and maintain a system of records to quantify work performed and prepare administrative correspondence and reports incidental to the work covered in this contract. The Contractor shall ensure all work and testing methods meet certification standards, federal/state codes, design specifications either in the PWS, identified by industry best practice, applicable technical manual or other publication cited within this document.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for the base year is from 06/12/2023 to 06/11/2024. Additionally, there are four option years with periods from 06/12/2024 to 06/11/2025, 06/12/2025 to 06/11/2026, 06/12/2026 to 06/11/2027, and 06/12/2027 to 06/11/2028.

Place of Performance
Services required shall be at various locations within Region 10 California Great Basin Region Supply & Service Acquisitions Office, Sacramento, CA. Additional services may be required at the contractor’s facilities.
