C4I System Integration and Operational Support

The Department of the Navy, Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, Pacific(SSC Pacific) intends to issue solicitation No. N66001-11-R-0077 for theaward of multiple Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Cost PlusFixedFee (CPFF) contracts to provide system integration and operational support forSSC Pacific Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence(C41) programs. Awardees of contracts under this RFP will compete for taskorders to perform actual work. Each contract will be awarded for the entireestimated level-of-effort specified in the RFP; however, the competition oftaskorders may reduce each awardees actual total effort to a level significantlybelow the ceiling value of each award. The prospective contract will have afive-year base period with no options. The estimated level-of-effort for the totalrequirement is 483,600 hours. This is a full and open competition, anticipatedto result in the award of an estimated two to five contracts. The NAICS codeforthis procurement is 541330. The incumbent contractors are SAIC (N66001-06-D-0030), Syzygy Technologies Inc. (N66001-06-D-0067), L-3 Services Inc.(N66001-06-D-0068) and Stanley Associates (N66001-06-D-0069).
