Your company is invited to submit a proposal in response to this Request for Proposal (RFP) for "Technical, Professional, and Administrative Support Services" for the Department of Energy (DOE) Advanced Research Projects Agency-Energy (ARPA-E).
This RFP will result in a single award of an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract (IDIQ) and an immediate Task Order for technical, professional, and administrative support services in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW).
The Government will not respond to questions submitted by telephone, email, or in person at any time. Interested parties are encouraged to periodically check FedConnect to ascertain the status of any answers to questions, as hard copies will not be distributed.
In the event of Due Date/Time discrepancies between the SF1449 in Block 8 "Offer Due Date/Local Time", the Due Date/Time shown in FedConnect, and the RFP clause found at Section L entitled, "DOE-L-2001 Proposal Preparation Instructions-General (OCT 2015)", RFP clause DOE-L-2001 shall control.
