Background
The U.S. Department of the Interior, through the Interior Business Center (IBC) and Acquisition Services Directorate (AQD), is issuing a request for quotation for market valuation and appraisal services. This requirement is specifically for the Appraisal and Valuation Services Office (AVSO) to support the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) in acquiring properties identified as UOC (39, 40 & 41). The goal is to provide accurate market valuations to assist in negotiations for land purchases from current owners.

Work Details
The contractor will provide appraisal services for three specific cases:

1. **UOC (39)** - Case Number: 00223921; Project Number: F240101; Location: Morehouse Parish, LA; Acreage: 709.59 +/- acres; Property Type: Recreational/Timberland.
2. **UOC (40)** - Case Number: 00223981; Project Number: F240104; Location: Morehouse Parish, LA; Acreage: 937.01 +/- acres; Property Type: Recreational/Timberland.
3. **UOC (41)** - Case Number: 00223989; Project Number: F240106; Location: Morehouse Parish, LA; Acreage: 161.97 +/- acres; Property Type: Recreational/Timberland.

The appraisals must adhere to the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) and the Uniform Appraisal Standards for Federal Land Acquisitions (UASFLA). The reports will be used by FWS for negotiating acquisitions and must include detailed property inspections, market value assessments, and compliance with federal regulations regarding real property acquisitions.

Period of Performance
The target period of performance is set at 300 calendar days from the date of Purchase Order award, with initial appraisal target dates at 135 calendar days post-award.

Place of Performance
The appraisals will be conducted in Morehouse Parish, Louisiana.
