Background
The Department of the Interior (DOI), through the Interior Business Center (IBC), Acquisition Services Directorate (AQD), is issuing this special notice announcement for appraisal services. The goal is to issue multiple solicitations and award multiple purchase orders to qualified contractors capable of providing appraisal and valuation services for various properties, primarily for the Bureau of Indian Affairs and the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service.

Work Details
The contract involves providing appraisal and valuation services for several specific projects:

1. Appraisal for land exchange negotiations at Colville Indian Reservation, intended solely for AVSO and BIA Colville Agency.

2. Market analysis service in Brown County, Kansas, to assist with agricultural lease approval decisions for property held in Trust.

3. Another appraisal at Colville Indian Reservation for land exchange negotiations, not intended for other uses.

4. Appraisal services for the Makah Tribe, aimed at determining market value for sale purposes by the BIA West Regional Office.

5. Appraisal services in Canyon County, Idaho, to assist in determining just compensation for property rights acquired or conveyed.
