Analytical Chemistry Laboratory Services Supportin   10

Background
This contract provides analytical laboratory services support for the EPA Office of Water. It is an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a period of performance from the effective award date through five years for the ordering period, with an additional 12 months for completion of task orders issued during this period. Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) task orders will be issued. The minimum order amount is $25,000.00 and maximum amount of orders shall not exceed $27,000,000.00.

Work Details
The Contractor shall furnish the necessary personnel, material, equipment, services, and facilities to perform the Performance Work Statement included in Attachment 1. Work will be ordered against the subject Performance Work Statement through issuance of task orders.

Period of Performance
The contract has a period of performance from the effective award date through five years for the ordering period, with an additional 12 months for completion of task orders issued during this period.
