Also, please see the attached Questions and Answers. *********************************************************************** The Department of the Navy, Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, Pacific (SSC Pacific) hereby issues solicitation No. N66001-17-R-0170 for the award of multiple Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) contracts to provide analysis and test engineering services to support for Analysis and Test Engineering of Tactical Data Link systems. This effort also includes evaluation and implementation of other applications to support resolution of U.S. and Coalition/Allied military TDL interoperability communications problems. This is a competition which is anticipated to result in the award of a multiple award contract. This requirement is solicited as a 100% small business set-aside competition, and the anticipated action will include multiple Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) type contracts. The period of performance will include a two-year base period and three, one-year option periods. The estimated level-of-effort is 946,400 hours. Awardees of contracts under this solicitation will compete for orders pursuant to the ordering process at FAR 16.505(b). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541330 Engineering Services, and the Small Business Size Standard is $38.5M. Security classification will vary from Unclassified to TOP SECRET/SCI classification. A Bidders Mailing List will not be established and hard copies of documents will not be provided.
