Background
The Department of the Interior (DOI), through its Interior Business Center (IBC), is issuing a Limited-Sources Justification on behalf of the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Administration for Children and Families (ACF), Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR). The purpose is to acquire Mission Support Services via a sole source award to General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. (GDIT) as a follow-on requirement to an existing competitive task order. This acquisition is conducted under the authority of the General Services Administration (GSA) Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) Program.

Work Details
The contractor will assist ORR and the Office on Trafficking in Persons (OTIP) with monitoring activities related to various programs serving vulnerable populations, including refugees, victims of human trafficking, and unaccompanied alien children. Key tasks include:
